InstallShield 10.5 vs MacOSX 10.4

I am having a problem running an InstallShield10.5 created installer on Mac OSX 10.4.1, Java 1.4.2_07

When the installer is run there are no features are displayed in the custom install menu or the full install menu. Resulting in the summary screen showing zero K to be installed.

When running this on 10.3.9, Java 1.4.2_05 this installer works as you'd expect.

Anyone got any ideas?
