Quicktime Stream Type not Recognised

I've been having a few problems with playing any QT movie files since I updated to Tiger. Files that were definitely working with QT in Panther now just give me a 'specified stream type not recognised' error. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, do you know how to fix it?

Nevermind I fixed it. Apparently it was something to do with my HD being named ? instead of normal characters.
