Command Prompt On Startup! Someone fixed It? Suggestions? Please Help!!

Well, after trying to install Jaguar about 10 times with no luck I´m starting to feel the Jaguar installation proccess most like a nightmare!!
I've tried everithing.
At this point...

The computer starts normally (the grey screen with the spinner ...) but it suddenly locks with a command prompt on the up-left conner.
I've tried singel-user mode, verbose-mode and First Aid with no luck!!

Suggestions please !
