Error verifying 10.4 Install Disk

I have already installed 10.4 on 3 systems using the same disk. But now when I am trying to upgrade to 10.4 on a Silver G4 it goes through verifying the disk and then gives an error saying that the disk couldn't be verifyed. Can anyone help?

Cheryl will become famous soon enough
Do you have the family pack or single user install?

Did you run Disk Utility on the drive first? Did you try to install a second time. Usually installation errors are not repeated and the second time is a charm.

I personally always skip the disk check, so I don't even know if my Tiger disk(s) would go through... Is the disk scratched?

I have the family pack. I'll give it a try and we will see what happens.
