Had anybody had experience with the Photoshop 7 demo?

Has anybody downloaded the Photoshop 7 demo? Does it allow you to enter a serial number at all? If not, anyway to let it let u enter one? E-Mail me back if you can make it a full version (veljo_nutty@hotmail.com)

Sorry, the Photoshop Demo is basically hack proof. It uses a program called Priviledge by Aladdin (www.ealaddin.com). I've seen all of the obvious hacks (i.e. Setting you clock back) tried on this program and the majority of them will expire your trial. You can change the registration information, it is located in a file called Adobe Registration Database (plain text, just open it with BBEdit) in /library/application support/adobe/ However, even doing this will not make the program the full version. The Priviledge program is called by part of the code compiled into the photoshop application. So, the only easy way to hack this would be to copy a full version's executable (located inside the photoshop package) over top of the trial's. Course, if you were a serious H4><0r you might be able to figure out what message is sent to Photoshop from the License Manager program and spoof that program, or for the more dangerous, try to find the code that calls that program in the first place and delete it.
