| Ichat And Text Edit Stop Working one of our G5's (10.3.9) has the consistant problem of ichat and text edit refusing to work. I have cleaned the fonts several times, but to no avail. What else could this be and how do I fix it?  |

| It could be anything from a simple preference file corruption (fix: delete the offending preference file) to system-level corruption (fix: reinstall the entire operating system). Please elaborate on your setup and the exact circumstances under which this occurs. Warning messages that occur would also help. Also, do the programs crash upon startup, or do they launch and work for a while then crash? It's nearly impossible to troubleshoot "iChat and TextEdit don't work."
