Emac Does Not Boot

Recently, I have replaced the IVAD cable and the battery of my eMac. After powering up the eMac looks completely dead. The fan is not turning. The OS does not boot. The AC power goes inside but there is no life at all. Not even a single beep. I pressed the PMU reset button. No effect. Is there something else that may help?
