Usb Ports Not Working

I have a 1.6G G5 an none of the USB ports work (on the front of the machine, on the back, on the monitor.

i had this problem. currently, the front one is now working, and the keyboard/monitor ones don't work if they are plugged in the lower of the two rear ones, but then the mouse worked fine in that port, so i don't know. this is an improvement from before

Try: resetting the Physical Memory (pram) (reboot holding down apple+alt+p+r) do this a couple of times.
