Blackouts

my computer seems to flash off for a split second like a black out..definitly a power thing.sometimes i think its my buildings electricity where i live being its an old bldg.
seems like some kind of power surge..the computer doesnt stop working but it would suck if it did and i use disk warrior and onyx once a week.after a lot of activity
i use the computer a lot.i have a surge protecter power strip..
but it happened a couple of times this week if anyone has any answers please get back to me..thanks,Benny

Buy a battery backup unit so the power doesn't fluctuate.
