Thumbs up Path Finder (ex-SNAX) - great Finder replacement

Yesterday I downloaded the new 2.0-version of Path Finder (formerly SNAX) by Cocoatech, and have to say I'm impressed. In fact, so impressed I decided to pay for it. For those who don't know what this is, here's the (very short) description from the developer's site:
"Path Finder is a file browser for Mac OS X. Path Finder also includes other functions that are not included in the Finder, plus has a more user friendly user interface. Download now and see for yourself."
Features:

-Navigate your disks quickly easily
-Labels
-Spring loaded folders
-Icon, list and column views
-Compress and decompress files
-Convert and compress graphics files to different formats
-View invisible unix files and folders
-Securely delete files
-Create and convert disk image files
-Manage your applications and favorites
-"Open with" menu to open files with any application
-Contextual menus
-Copy file paths
-Copy, move and delete files
-Custom font, text and background colors
-Preview movies and pictures quickly
-Change permissions, type, creator, user, group etc.
-Mount your iDisk.
-Customizable toolbar
-Quick find: finds files almost instantaneously
-Launch as root and modify or delete any file
-Navigate file/application packages
-Customizable file browser
-Hide file extensions
-Create alias and symbolic links
-Hex viewer
-All in a beautiful, easy to use Aqua interface.

What I thought is especially nice is the ability to convert graphics, mount disc images etc. directly without the need for another app. You can also replace the Finder desktop with the Path Finder desktop, so clicking on it brings up Path Finder, not the Finder.

I haven't figured out how to stop the Finder launching at login/startup, though, because the method demonstrated here didn't seem to work.

Give this a try!

MacBook Pro 15.4" 2.4 GHz (Early 2008) with Leopard

So THAT's where Snax ran off to! THANK GOD they changed their name!

But, they coulda been a little more vocal about it - I had no idea.
I decided to give "Snax" another try so I go off looking for it and can't find it ANYWHERE! Huh? I KNOW I wasn't dreaming!

Until I found it's new name on this tread! Thanks!

Downloading it now - hopefully it's better than Snax was.
I'm not around here (much) anymore...
