Sharing Hebrew Between Osx And Pc

Currently I own a PowerPC running OS 9.1. I am one step away from purchasing a G5 running Tiger (I've placed the order, just haven't given them my credit card info yet.) Here's the deal-maker/breaker: I have to be able to send and receive Hebrew Email and documents with friends who use PCs. I haven't found the way to do this in OS9. If the Hebrew characters remain Hebrew in transmission (sometimes they do in OS9), the letters or words are invariably left to right (Hebrew reads right to left). In Tiger will I be able to send and receive Hebrew Email and documents with friends on PCs? Thanks so much.
