Itunes Problem Following Hard Drive Transfer

Hello.. again

iTunes problem.
Have put in another HDD (seagate) because Techtool reports that my Maxtor 30GB is about to fail (567 bad blooks).

When the OSX installer asked if I wished to transfer everything from my old system to my new one I clicked yes.

Everything is great, exept when iTunes is opened it appears as if its empty on the desktop, but when u look in the iTunes folder in 'Music' the 1.3GB worth of music has been trasfered over exactly as it was on the old HDD!!??

What can be done to make the music/podcasts reappear?
