Mounting a PC HD via firewire to mac

Hey guys huge favor. A friend has a PC which got a virus, and i said i'd mount the drive via firewire to my TiBook. I know on macs you just hold down T and the computer boots in to disk mode. However, how do you do this on a PC? How do I connect the PC to my Mac and mount the drive? Thanks guys, any hlep would be much appreciated.
