Iphoto Crashes When Printing Book

I have a 100 page book in iphoto. Every time I go to print it, the program crashes on page 86.

I've removed page 86, and other pages before and after page 86 to see if there's a corrupt photo, etc.

Every time, it crashes on page 86. I even migrated my iPhoto library to a new computer, same thing. Always on page 86.

What version of iPhoto are you using?
