Easy Idvd Burning

Hello.

My name is Jaime Cordoba and I am a TV Commercial producer in Bogota,
Colombia.

On most of my jobs I do off-line edits on my E-Mac with Final Cut Pro.

I would like to know how to easily burn the edits to DVD with iDVD after I
have exported the edit to a QuickTime file (.mov format), without having to
program menus and buttons and themes and whatever.
