Help! Retail version is not nice...

Hey there! I tried starting macosx retail on my 7600/Sonnet g4/400 with 184megs ram but it's not working! First, when i put the cd while i'm in macos9, it tell that my machine is unsupported and i should go away. That's ok, but on beta version, i was able to say install on unsupported machine...

Then, i decide to start of the cdrom. But what i'm getting? A broken folder... That's it...

Anyone got a solution cause with dp2, dp4 and beta, it was working very good...

maybe becaause the retail has its seting tweaked that it can ONLY support G3's and G4's ( except original powerbook g3, god knows why not )i have no idea, try buying a newer mac! if u do wait till july for imporved features
