Mac OS X spelling prefs.

I write 50/50 in Swedish and English. And I need spelling help on both,, hehe

Is there a way/script/automator or another way that I can have a quick key changing between Swedish or English spellcheck? Or even better if it could be available in the main menu as the keyboard settings is.

(I know the Shift-alt-

command to bring spelling up)
