I gust got a RAM upgrade, now everything runs smoothly even with Classic open. But I cant run Driver (game), when I try to launch it I get this "That application or control panel is not supported by Classic". Why is that and can I fix it

Did the game run before you added RAM? Did you have to re-boot into OS 9 to use game? IF so, then you still will have to boot to OS 9 to run the game, more RAM won't help. Maybe there is an upgrade for this old game that will give carbon support, and maybe compatibility with Classic mode and OS X

Start up with Mac OS 9 instead of running Classic under Mac OS X. Does it work? If so, it has to do with the way Classic is handled under Mac OS X. Classic doesn't equal Mac OS 9 or vice versa.

Driver has never been able to run in Classic. I've tried since the first Public Beta. Nada. Zilch. Zero. You have to reboot into OS9 itself to play it.

Any app that has to address hardware directly cannot run in Classic.
