    I haven't looked at IE in a few months ...Chimera has been really stable (and I use nightly builds) Mater of fact I don't even think I have IE on my system ... I rebuilt everything last week -- (cause I installed a new HD) -- Either way never did reload Office X and I remember deleting IE from the Application dir...... WWOO WWWOOOO I am currently M$ free !!!!! --- Now I just run OSX 10.2.3 ... and I installed KDE3 and gnome 1.4 ..... just need to figure how to play *.asf files now....

    Chimera now does this too. Try one of the latest nightly builds. It will download the file to what you have specified in Internet Prefs.

    Don't bother. Honestly, most of the nightlies are as stable, if not more so, than the official releases.

    I'm now using Build ID: 2002122704. The situation is the same. I option-click, and it asks me where the file is to go. I just gotta press enter to dismiss it, but I insist, it's not as good as ie's way: option-click file after file, no confirmation needed as to where the files are to go.

    Don't option+click. Simply click.

    Heh, if I try that, chimera tries to open the file, not download it. Guess that's an issue on my part of the fence. I'll look into it. Thanx.
