Wrong Registries Or Something. Something's Wrong.

Hi,

A few days ago I installed Frontrow on my brand new Powermac G5. I later decided to uninstall it and then preceded to delete the stuff I installed. After this a few programs on my mac don't work correctly. The ones that I need are Quicktime's plug-in. I just get a watermark. I also need to use my publishing software rapidweaver (realmacsoftware.com) and it is not working correctly. Software update does not work either. I tried all these things on a new account on my Mac and they all worked. How should I fix this? Let me note that I've done Disk Utility many times. Thank you.
