Hello:
1- I have office:mac 2004... in powerpoint i try to open my drawing toolbar.. and i get the color wheel revolving interminably.. and the toolbar never opens... i have to force quit. any ideas? i have a G4 iBook i bought a year ago.

2- my friend has the same program. when he tries to insert a photo, he opens Insert Picture and the "from file" option is gray and cannot be selected. any ideas for him? He has a new G5.

both of us tried to reinstall the program from disk on our individual machines.
