/usr/sbin/screenreaderd & duplicates in Start menu

suddenly my imac g5 started 360 ?? Ss 0:32.44 /usr/sbin/screenreaderd -w

even though I booted my machine, it was still there. I had to delete it to stop.

My Mac menu also has duplicates now ?! Take a look at my mac menu.. I've had this problem before, but I did not know what to do. So I re-installed everythin...

do you have any ideas ? have you heard about this before ?

Smile The Real Solution

Please, do not be panic, that process (screenreaderd) is related with a tool of mac os x, called 'VoiceOver', maybe you enabled it by accident with a keyboard combination, JUST DISABLE IT, from the system preferences, Universal Access, your duplicated entries in the menu will disapear.
