I get this Darwin Code error when trying to Boot from Mac OS X 10.3 install disk. i currently use Mac OS 9.2.2 400Mhz, 256MB RAM, 6GB HD The error message has a whole bunch of numbers and other sutff but this what caught my attention. panic (cpu 0) unable to find driver for this platform: “PowerBook3,1” panic: We are hanging here… I tried zapping the PRAM, the firmware and software updates are up to date. I bought this Mac OS X install CDs from the apple store it did not come from another machine. |

Usually means the disc came from another machine, or the disc is bad. Take it back to the Apple store along with your Pismo and show them.
