My Powermac G3 Won't Boot Up Unless in Safe Boot

I have a Powermac G3 Beige and it won't boot up unless in Safe Boot. I'm using a 120gig Maxtor HD and when I try to install Tiger everything seems to work fine until its time to boot up, it shows the apple logo with the apple loading and then it stops. Then when I restart it and hold down shift it comes up and lets me finish the installation process and comes up with the login screen and says safeboot above the login screen.

Any Help Greatly Appreciated!!!!!!!!
