| 2 Things Hello All, I need help with 2 things: 1. I have moved a .xps file on to my desktop and no matter what I do I can not delete it. Every time I try to delete it or move it to the trash it says 'the operation cannot be completed because the item "Electric.xps" is locked'. Does anyone know how I can unlock this item or delete it? 2. Does anyone know of any os x freeware that is available that can convert a movie that is in .mkv format to another format that can be burnt to dvd? I am currently using Toast and it just doesn't recognize it. BTW I am using a G4 powerbook with the latest version of Tiger. Any help on either or both of my problems will be much appreciated. | 1. Select the file, choose "Get Info" from the File menu, and uncheck the "Locked" box. 2. ffmpegX and VLC should both be able to do it. |
