I have aSony cybershot digital camera 10.3mp and i wanna ask if OSX has the ability to connect to the cam and directly after making a shoot to show the pictures in my desktop mac computer. Maybe connect it to the Mac via a usb cable?

I have an older CyberShot, and have had other CyberShot cameras connected to my Mac on many occasions, as well as other model digital cameras. OS X never has a problem, and the memory cards are mounted as flash drives. You shouldn't have any issues. If you have iPhoto installed, it will try to import the photos, by default, but you can change this if you like.

Of course, you'll probably have to download the images to the computer first -- I don't know if you can view images stored on the camera directly from Mac OS X... you'll have to transfer them to the compuer first.

I don't own a CyberShot, so I can't say for sure.

This is possible as well. Your MemoryStick will mount to the Desktop as a drive/volume. Just open the volume on the Desktop and take a look at the pictures inside. I believe they will open in Preview, and, if not, you can always change things so that the image type you are shooting is always opened with whatever application you want, such as Preview. Also, if you select all the pictures in the MemoryStick, and right-click (or Control+click) them, you will get a menu that allows you to choose to view them as a slideshow.

Once the memory stick is mounted as a volume the camera is not operational, so that it can shott simultaneously as the mstick is mounted. Actually i was thinking of a way that say im working on Pshop and when i shoot the picture appears on a Pshop window. Something like that!
I think this can be done with professional equipment but i dont know further than that what happens...

I would look into some professional software that allows you to mount a camera and still take pictures. Check out a few forums dealing with photography for some advice on what software/hardware you would need to purchase.
