Ebay - making ads

ive been trying to make an ad on ebay to sell something, normally on windows I can just copy and paste content from one website to another but on osx it only accepts html, is there any free way of getting around this problem?

I don't understand what your problem is. OSX lets you copy-paste any form of text. It even does it intelligently by copying the formatting when possible.
To copy web site content to eBay you will need to copy the HTML into the eBay HTML window. Or you can use one of the automatic upload programs such as GarageSale.

Sorry, you didn't say you wanted a free solution. The free solution is to copy the HTML. Make sure you use actual pathnames for the images on your site and not relative.

BTW on a Mac you get capital letters by holding the SHIFT key. Full stop is on the key next to the question mark.

Well. Where do you _get_ the thing you want to paste into eBay? If you've created the content yourself in a HTML-editor, then you simply switch to source view, select the code and hit copy. If you get the code from some _site_ online, you go there using Safari, show the source code, select what you need and hit copy.
