Entourage database full - lost 2 mos of email

I'm running 10.3.9 and unfortunately let my Entourage X program sneak up to 4GB. I optimized the program (basic and advanced) and it still would not open. Gave a database full error. So, I downloaded Entourage 2004 and was able to import the database. Unfortunately, about 2 months of email that was in my IN box is gone. The only email in the IN box was from today, and about 8 random email from earlier dates.

Is there any way to get the data back? Looks like the same thing happened to the sent items as well.

Hold down the Option Key while launching Entourage. When the screen pops up, "Rebuild Database" to see if that gets your email back.
