Question Monitor shut down

Any simple software or widget that I can download to shut my monitor down? Just a simple buttom I need to shut it down, because I cant shut it on my iMac. Dont give me System rpeferences tips, please, because I already did the Energy Saver configuration. Now I only ask if someone knows a widget or a software to shut the screen down.

Thanks a lot...

I do not believe there is a way to completely power off the monitor in an iMac without completely powering off the computer as well. I think the best you're going to get is adjusting the length of time for the monitor to sleep itself.

The closest that you can get to instant monitor off is to press the power button once, but this will also put your computer to sleep.
