Retrospect automatic backup script

I am using Dantz Retrospect 6.0 to back up the drives from my powermac g4
which is running Tiger;however, when I try to automate the backup procedure to say run at 11 pm, retrospect won't execute the backup script if the computer is in sleep mode. How do I get Retrospect to "wake" my computer from sleep mode so the backup script will run at the time I want it to?
