| What are these? I saw "Desktop DB" and "Desktop DF" in terminal by doing ls; however I can't see them in Finder... it is supposedly owned by root... so, what are these files???  |

| They store the Finder's information about the Desktop's files and stuff. Just ignore them. They're important for the Finder, but you shouldn't really touch them yourself, so they're hidden in the Finder.
