Mounting an FTP server with write access? Hey Everyone, I'm a recent switchover from Windows (10 years on it). I'm a web developer and I'm loving Textmate. Though I find the one flaw with it is I cannot connect remotely to an FTP with write access to allow me to create projects and edit files on the remote server. I know transmit is a great FTP program, but it doesn't have this ability, and I hate uploading and downloading manually from an FTP server. Does anyone know of a software that will allow me to mount and ftp server with write access so I can do development with Textmate remotely? Thanks

Transmit allows you to do that. Go into Preferences and set Textmate as the editor for the type(s) of files you're working with. I prefer Interarchy but I also own Transmit.

Transmit doesn't allow me to mount the FTP. I'm still not able to create projects remotely. Using the edit with in transmit is ok for working with one or two files, but for projects.

Interarchy mounts FTP servers as writeable network volumes. Try it in demo mode to see if it works for you.
