AIM unexpectedly quits on launch, every time

So anybody else have tis problem? One day AIM 'unexpectedly quit' like it's done a few times before. No big deal. I restart it. The icon bounces once and then I get the message saying it had unexpectedly quit again. Hmmm. So I restart. Same thing. So I reinstall. Same thing. So I restart and reinstall. Same thing. This went on for a bit until I figured to hell with it. So now I'm using iChat, but I need to get AIM working again since iChat doesn't get along very well with the OU network. Ideas? Thanks.

Try Adium. It probably works better than the regular AIM.
