How to boot up to second internal hard drive

Can someone tell me how to boot my PowerMac up to my second internal hard drive?

eric2006 is on a distinguished road
If it can boot from it, you can select it in the Startup Disk panel of System Preferences. It should also show up when you hold down the option key at startup.
