Oracle software

Hello all,

I would like to buy a MAC OS notebook cause I am fond of unix like Operating Systems. I want it to be my new business tool.

Since my work is very much linked with oracle I need to have a robust SQL development tool, Oracle database browsing tool like PLSQL Developer, TOAD and such.

Is there any similar tool like the above I am mentioning?

Many thanks,
A. Sdrolias.

As for browsing/editing, you could try Aqua Data Studio. Supports a lot of databases and it's free. Oracle specific support is listed as 8i/10g, whatever that means...

The application is a java based application, so it is a teensie cumbersome.

Good luck.

Available tools include Navicat, Oracle SQL Developer on others. There is little that is not available. I have not checked on TOAD, but I would be surprised if were not available.
