iMail plugin ?

Hi.
I would like the built in iMac G4 iMail to be fully functional. It will download my Earthlink webmail messages and attachments in an instant, and I can compose but I can't SEND. I don't want to pay $99 for the Mac.com just for the Email program which looks the same but isn't.
Is there a plugin or Apple Script that will make my iMail send?

There IS an iMail plugin that performs that function for MSN's Hotmail: you can download it from here:
