I seem to have a boring problem. When my computer with OS X 10.2.4 has been running for some minutes, the applications takes a very long time to open. QuickTime, Explorer, Safari etc. takes about 30 sec to open.
When the computer is newly started it gos fast as normal. I can't find anything strange in Process Viewer or Console.
(I have no sleep mode activated)

iPhone 4 / 8Gb / iOS 6.1.3
I am having the same problem.
I will start an application and nothing will happen, other than a pulsating arrow next to the icon in the nav bar. Takes some 30 seconds for the app to start.
Maybe it is because I updated from 10.1.5 to 10.2
Never ask a man what computer he uses. If it's a Mac, he'll tell you. If it's not, why embarrass him?
