| changing an ICON !!!! ok so i'm running osx 10.2.4 and I've read a few threads here on changing icons... for some reason i just can't get it to work... can anyone provide a clear simple way for me to do this?

| The easiest way is, in the Info window of a file or folder, to click on the icon, copy it (Cmd-C or Edit > Copy), get info on another file/folder, click on its icon, and paste (Cmd-C or Edit > Paste). Actually, I don't know any other way besides Photoshop which creates its own icons...

| Ups, I'm slow. (So you got the answer already) ![]() You can use photoshop images as well for icons - TIFF should work, make the images 128x128 or 256x256 pixel. |
