Trouble installing Wireless NIC

I have OS X Tiger installed on my G3 B&W and have just installed a Wireless NIC card. The card has an ADMtek 80211 chip set. The card is not being seen by the OS, from what I can tell.

Is it possible for this card be picked up by Tiger? If so, how? If not, what Wireless NIC cards do work with Tiger (other than Apple's proprietary Airport cards)?

Hey, Not sure about your card but as far as mine goes I put in a standard linksys wireless g pci card into my g4 and it just worked. no playing around with anything, it just worked.
