Need a todo application with which I can share todos

I need a todo application with which I can share todo items, adding people to my lists with the editing options, or just create a group so that I can have the group list of todos, others be able to add, edit and complete the items in it.

Any suggestions for an application?
Ideally a free application ..

Can host something on one computer if needed, and I can use dyndns for getting a static dns.
Web based or normal applications will do .. I will need full access for who I add and who can edit.

Listofbests doesn't provide enough options and privacy and just doesn't do what I need.
Check it off is great for one person but I need to add others...
Tweeto .. well can't share my tasks. This would only work when I have the same account for all the people using it.
Anything added to 10.4's iCal would first need that I delete most of my entries of iCal, since that application is already so slow when I have enough subcals in it.

Any suggestions?

-- testing at the moment zoho, that seems to do what I need .. other options?

justG is on a distinguished road
I've heard good things about Basecamp. If you just want to share task lists and let others view/edit them, I believe Remember the Milk will let you do that, tho' I'm quite certain that Basecamp will provide far more flexibility.

Hope that helps.
