| Both Transmit and HeftyFTP do this to my iBook on occasion if I leave them running.

| It only seems to do it sometimes - i have only managed to make it do it once more. Both times iSleep was running (it is an alarm clock that controls itunes and can wake up the computer) Weird, got to say though, love Acquisition, looking forward to the next (less buggy) release.
