putting a tigger onto g4 350

Can I connect my g5 isight to my newly acquired g4 350 via firewire and put tiger onto the g4 from the g5 . The g4 has a cd drive and not a dvd drive so I can't put the system disks into the g4 .

Yes. You can.
The absolute minimum for RAM for 10.4 is 256 MB but the more the better. Make sure that you have at least 512 MB RAM on your G4.

If you're planning to use the 10.4 discs from the G5, probably won't work.

Do you mean I can plug into the g4 from the g5 , put the system discs into the g5 and then install the system onto the g4 through the firewire wire ?
