[how to] get my file working!!!!!!!!!

i was finishing up my presentation then apple works "unexpectedly quit" when i tried to open my presentation up agian it says apple works "unexpectedly quit" i am unable to open up my presentation,

what do i do????

- Check the console for any error messages. This will help you narrow down what is causing the trouble.
- Delete the preference files for AppleWorks (usually in ~/Library/Preferences, though I don't have AppleWorks so I can't be sure)

i know now for sure that it is the file, because i burnt it on a disk and put it on my partners mac and it unexpectedly quit too.

i remember i saved it right before it quit, and when it asked if it wanted me to recover any files i said no because i saved it right before.

should i still try to delete the prefrences?

It wouldn't help, if it's causing the same problem on both machines.

Will it fail if you run the original file from the hard drive rather than the CD? It could be media problems.
