Recording SWF movies

Hello there. I'm looking for software that will allow me to create a movie of my workflow. I'm basically making a presentation on how to use some software I've written and would like to make a flash presentation about it.

There is IShowU, but that makes standard video files which are far too large for my purposes (lowering the quality just makes text fuzzy). Any programs for recording flash movies available?
