all web messengers on the mac?

Is there an app that can hold simultaneously many web messenger accounts? For windows i know there is one called trillian, which can have online msn, yahoo, icq, aim, irc accounts and also make live video/audio chat! For the mac ive found adium but unfortuntelly it doesnt support video/audio chat. Is there anything more advanced for the mac?

Adium is one (which you already know of ). Fire is another (but has ceased development). I prefer Adium since it's basically the Pidgin (aka Gaim) of the OS X platform, but if you need the video then you'll have to wait.

Incidentally, the Adium team has provided the following information on video and voice through IM clients.

    Apple iMac G5 17" (2 GHz G5) - Mac OS X 10.5.8/Ubuntu 10.04

    Apple Macintosh Quadra 650 (33 MHz MC68040) - Mac OS 8.1

I've just started using Adium, I couldn't get Fire going last time I tried. Adium did however offer to import all my Fire Prefs which was nice. I really like Adium, its so customizable you can play with it for hours before you settle on a configuration.
