iSync startup painfully slow

iSync startup painfully slow

Anyone know why iSync could be taking so long to start? Takes about 22 bounces of the triangle in the Dock. I have three devices listed there. I had four before, but removed one I don't use much, thinking maybe it would help, but it didn't. The only app I know that seems to start more slowly than this is Sony Ericsson's Themes Creator.
