Angry Trouble since upgrading to Safari 3.02

After upgrading to Safari 3.02 my mail doesn't remember my name and passwords, nor does Safari. Have to enter user name and passwords on all my sites. I have talked to tech support at Apple and have solved the problem temporarily, but it recurs after a few days. This is annoying to say the least.Does anyone have any thoughts on this. Feel so stupid having to call Apple all the time.

Did you try to repair the Keychain yet?

/Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access

and in that application, Keychain Access > Keychain First Aid
select in the dialogue your user name, password, and Verify or Repair.

What did the support people try for resolving it so far?

nixgeek will become famous soon enough
One thing to also consider is that this is still BETA software, so it's really at your own risk. Apple says this plain and clear on their download page so that you understand what you're getting into even though they are providing this version to users as a preview to the final version. I'm sure once it's finalized that this issue will be resolved.
