| resizing windows When I pull up the Character Palette, the bottom edge of the window extends below the bottom of the screen making it impossible to drag it smaller. I tried to minimize, but the window becomes extremely small (picture) and is also unresponsive. Any ideas?

| Can you give a screenshot of the Character Palette extending through the bottom of the screen? Right now it sounds to me all you'd have to do is drag it up before trying to resize...

| That wasn't possible. It was touching the top of the screen and the bottom of the window was about 1/10 hidden. I tossed the CharacterPallette plist and that solved the problem.
