Angry 10.4 Install On Ext. Hd.?????

Operating Leopard Now On G-4 1gz-have 60g External Hd. Would Like To Install 10.4 On It So I Can Play Some Of My Games Etc. That Are Unsupported In Leopard !!! Can It Be Done Without Messing Up Leopard On G4? Ticks Me Off That I So Far Have Found 4 Games Etc. +
Outlook Express Mail That I Can't Use. I Used Outlook As Kind Of A Backup For Mail If I Deleted Something From "mail".

Providing the external drive is FireWire you should have no problem.
Rather then needing Outlook to back up your mail,
with Leopard, just go back a tad in Time Machine and grab the errant mail message.

You can do it, but you will need to create a separate partition for Tiger. Traditionally this means re-initializing (erasing) the entire disk, but I've heard Leopard lets you repartition WITHOUT erasing anything.

If erasing everything is not an option and Leopard does not in fact allow this, you can also use VolumeWorks.
