| Maybe I can try something in Disk Utility? The Hard drive shows up there. I think it is not showing up in finder cause boot camp renamed it to disk0s1. I tried renaming it but no-go. Maybe I could use the restore tab? Thanks |

| Bump. Sorry in advance if I am posting too much, but I would like to fix this problem as soon as possible. Eric, would you suggest I 'Erase' the disk0s1 HD and rename it to Macintosh HD, and re-format it for Mac OS X (Journaled). Then, I insert the Leopard install disk after booting over and use the time machine method to restore? Would that even be possible if there was 'nothing' on the disk if I erased it? For whatever you suggest please provide a detailed explanation how I would do it. I am in no mood to make any more mistakes on my HD. Also: Why did the capacity suddenly drop down to 130 GB? My old HD held 233.8. (Picture below) ![]() Thanks Last edited by Perishingflames; January 11th, 2008 at 10:15 PM. |

| You probably have to first partition/format your internal harddrive again. No matter, since there's not really any data on it that you still need. Then it'll be okay to restore the harddrive from the Time Machine backup. Oh and yeah: Don't swear. Usually, when users swear and blame a manual, the fault lies with the user. ![]()

| W00T computer completely back to normal. I used another thread for help, your help wasn't proficient Eric, no offense. I may post the steps I took in the How-to section for others who have a similar problem as I did. |
